Korean BBQ also referred as Gogigui, is a Korean form of roasting a variety of meats such as beef, pork, and chicken. The meats are grilled at your table accompanied with side dishes to compliment any meal. It may be eaten with rice or also wrapped in a fresh vegetables.
Originating from China, Hot Pot or “Fuo Guo”, is a simmering pot of soup broth of your choice. Ingredients are then placed into the pot and cooked at the table. Choose from sliced meats, vegetables, mushrooms, dumplings, and seafood. Paired with your own dipping sauce.
